Jersey City has no shortage of pizza shops. From Detroit style to Roman style, there’s usually a pizzeria no more than two blocks apart from one another. Well, get ready because one more pizzeria will soon be making its debut.
The old Cherry Pick ice cream shop (304A Grove Street) will soon reopen as Jimmy’s Brooklyn Pizza. The interior of the shop has been redesigned and now houses a new pizza oven, counter, and chairs. The new owner was handing out free mini slices/samples on Tuesday evening.

We were told new signage will be installed sometime next week and the restaurant itself should be ready for business with a week or two.
