The unofficial end of summer is almost upon us. Celebrate this last week of August with free fried Oreos at Diesel & Duke, Ani Ramen’s Sake/Whisky Night, or the Full Moon Party at Luna.

Free Fried Oreos at Diesel & Duke (Monday – Wednesday)
Diesel & Duke is here to make the start of the week a little less dreary. To celebrate the opening of their Jersey City burger shop, Diesel & Duke is giving away a free order of Fried Oreos with the purchase of any burger. Offer is valid through Wednesday.

Full Moon party at Luna JC (Monday)
It’s that time of the month again. Celebrate the full moon at Luna’s Full Moon Party, which includes an all-night happy hour with $5 drinks and select dinner items at $7. The restaurant will also dim the lights as you dine under the light of their faux projector moon.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House Now Open (Monday)
Ruth’s Chris Steak House officially opens its first Newport-based restaurant today. Happy hour starts at 4pm and dinner begins at 5pm

Ani Ramen sake and Suntory flight (Tuesday)
Ani Ramen is hosting its second Soul of Sake event — a night dedicated to pairing sake and whisky. Admission is $42/pp and it includes two featured sakes, two featured Suntory whiskies, three appetizers (served family style), and your choice of a bowl of ramen. Clam Bake at Liberty House (Wednesday)
Liberty House’s 2nd Annual Clam Bake is proof you don’t have to travel to New England to enjoy a good seafood. The lobster bake will take place at Liberty House’s patio and costs $65/pp. Reservations must be made the old fashioned way — by calling 201-395-0300.

Tapas takeover at Zeppelin Hall (Thursday)
Zeppelin Hall’s “World Tour” continues with a new menu that spotlights the tapas dishes of Spain. The special tapas menu will be available in addition to their regular menu through September 16.

Farewell Summer Party at FM (Thursday)
Get an early start on the weekend at FM’s Farewell to Summer Dance Party. Expect summer bangers all night starting at 9pm.

Surf City Lobster Festival (Friday)
Maine isn’t the only state that celebrates lobster. Starting today through September 16, Surf City is dishing out 10 new lobster-centric items as it celebrates its down Lobster Fest during “Claws 2.” Dishes include lobster rolls, lobster tacos, lobster grilled cheese, and whole 1.25-pound lobsters served with potatoes and corn.
