Ani Ramen opening in Summit
Ani Ramen is bringing its Tokyo vibe to Summit, NJ. After opening its second restaurant here in Jersey City last spring, the popular ramen house is slated to open its third restaurant later this fall at 427 Springfield Avenue in Summit, NJ. Like its original Montclair-based restaurant, the Summit location will be BYOB and feature the same delicious bowls of ramen served in Montclair and Jersey City. A fourth location in Hoboken is still in the works. (Pictured above is Jersey City’s brunch special — the Yake Salmon Mazemen. We tried it and highly recommend it.)
