This is your last weekend to enjoy the birria taco ramen special at recently opened Flip Sigi Jersey City. The mouth-watering dish includes a veal and pork broth/consome flavored with garlic, coconut fried rice, and ginger tomato broth. It’s then topped with bok choy, pico de gallo, and a cheesy birria taco.
