Solidcore Boutique Fitness is coming to Jersey City. The Washington, D.C.-based studio will open its first Jersey City outpost at 444 Warren in the Vyv South Tower by Metro Plaza.
The Solidcore workout is best described as “pilates intensified.” Each 50-minute class works out your full body with slow and controlled movements designed to break down your muscles to failure. Workouts are done on a modified reformer machine, which Solidcore calls the “sweatlana.” The machine targets your core, obliques, upper body, and lower body.

Classes are held in a dark room with special lighting and energizing music to keep you motivated. The Solidcore Jersey City studio will boast 15 reformer machines across 3,316 square feet. It’ll follow all local COVID-19 rules and regulations.
