Jersey Digs has unearthed new renderings of 361 Newark Avenue, the new rental complex situated steps away from the NJ Turnpike and opposite Healy’s Tavern. The 5-story Mill Rocks building — which takes its name from an area of the historic Mill Creek — will feature a mix of 39 one- and two-bedroom apartments with rents starting at $1,850/month. The pet friendly building will feature 20 on-site parking spaces, a roof deck, video intercom, and card-operated laundry. As a result of new post-Hurricane Sandy building regulations, the Mill Rocks’ first floor has also been raised significantly. There’s no word yet on availability, although Point Capital Development has launched a website for anyone who may be interested. —Jersey Digs
