Get ready, chocolate lovers. This weekend Salon Du Chocolat will make its New York City debut at the Javits Center.
Salon Du Chocolat is fantasy-like chocolate festival where chocolatiers from around the globe showcase their best chocolates, pastries, and creations. The family-friendly show gives chocolate lovers the chance to sample, purchase, and discover chocolates they wouldn’t normally have access to.
Exhibitors include Jersey City’s own Bang Cookies, Neuhaus Chocolates, Royce’ Chocolate, Valrhona, Brewery Ommegang (they’ll have chocolate pairings with their beers), Gotham Chocolates, and more.
The chocolate festival will also include special events such as interactive pastry classes, vegan classes, a chocolate fashion show, and more. Tickets range from $10 (children) to $25 (adults).
