Mobile coffee shop Hybrid Coffee just opened a new brick-and-mortar cafe in Jersey City Heights. The new cafe is located at 110 Cambridge Avenue (just off Bowers street).

Owner and Jersey City native Evan Santiago launched Hybrid Coffee this past spring as a mobile coffee shop. (They’re located just outside the PATH Exchange Place station). The new Heights cafe offers the same premium coffee and lattes alongside an expanded menu.

“Our desire is to create a destination space while combining an environment that is homey and productive for the work-from-home community,” says Santiago in a Facebook video.

The Heights menu includes espresso drinks, drip coffee, single-origin pour overs, nitro cold brew, and lattes. The cafe will also carry made-to-order food including items like avocado toast, brioche French toast, and Belgian waffles. There’s even an in-house Pac-Mac arcade.

The cafe sources most — if not all — of its products locally. They’re open 7 days a week.
