Hudson House is a new waterfront restaurant and events space opening at the edge of Port Liberte. The 40,000 square foot restaurant will feature waterfront views, a rooftop lounge, and indoor and outdoor dining areas.
Hudson House is the latest restaurant venture by Landmark Hospitality, which boasts over 25 years of experience in the hospitality business. (Landmark Hospitality also owns Jersey City’s Liberty House Restaurant).
The restaurant’s menu will emphasize local and sustainable ingredients with a focus on “farm-to-table cuisine.” Diners will also be treated to a curated menu of craft cocktails, which they can enjoy while overlooking the New York skyline.
Hudson House will open sometime this fall. They’re currently offering hard hat tours for couples interested in booking the venue for private events and weddings.
