Spring is finally here and that means ice cream weather is back. While there are many great existing shops in Jersey City, a new Edison-based ice cream parlor will be opening soon. Happy Dayz Ice Cream & Cafe will open in the base of the Canopy Jersey City at 159 Morgan (just off Marin Blvd).
Happy Dayz Ice Cream offers all your favorite flavors like vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry as well as ice cream cakes and shakes. Their Jersey City location will also double as a tea house, which will include a collection of bubble tea. Their Edison location also includes savory options like an Aloo Tikki Burger, Paneer Burger, and Tator Tots, although it’s not clear if those will be offered in Jersey City.
