East Hudson CafeA new Japanese eatery has opened along the Jersey City waterfront. The team behind East Hana have just unveiled East Hudson Cafe at 30 Hudson (in the former home of Yaso Tangbao). The new cafe specializes in Japanese food.

However, whereas East Hana is dedicated to sushi, rolls, and sashimi, East Hudson Cafe highlights soba noodles, curry rice, ramen, udon noodles, and sushi. We’ve yet to pay them a visit, but the restaurant’s Instagram account is showcasing mouth-watering pics of fried katsu, ramen, and soup dumplings.

East Hudson Cafe is open every day (excluding Wednesdays) from 11:30am to 9:30pm. Keep in mind their hours may change as the eatery just opened in December. You can follow them on Instagram for more updates.

The new cafe joins the likes of Bluestone Lane and Maman Jersey City, which opened earlier last year.
