From a night of gluten-free beers to Filipino Restaurant Week, here’s the best of what’s going on in Jersey City this week.

Departed Soles Gluten-Free Brew Talk at Atlas (Monday)
Going gluten-free doesn’t require giving up taste. Join Jersey City Brew Club and Departed Soles’ Brian Kulbacki — 2016’s World Beer Cup winner for best gluten-free beer — for a talk on brewing gluten-free brews.

Last call for Filipino Restaurant Week (Tuesday)
This is your last full week to take of advantage of specials during Filipino Restaurant Week. Through May 28 (Mon-Fri), Talde is offering a prix-fixe menu of chicken adobo tacos, Filipino pork BBQ with atchara, and mango pie for $35/pp. Other Jersey City restaurants participating in Filipino Week include Max’s and Noodle Fan.

Local beer and cheese night (Tuesday)
The beer events continue Tuesday night as Van Hook Cheese and Jersey Wine & Spirits host a night of five local brews + five local cheeses. The event will be held at Jersey Wine & Spirits; tickets cost $40/pp.

Wine Wednesday at Madame Claude Bis (Wednesday)
Kick off Wine Wednesday with the return of the Vins de France Wine Series at Madame Claude Bis. The 4-course dinner will include wine pairings from the Mediterranean as picked by local wine expert and private somm, Lourdes Arena. Tickets are $70/pp and all proceeds will be donated to Dress for Success.

Music at the Fountain returns to Lincoln Park (Wednesday)
Linconl Park Live is back for another season of Music at the Fountain — a series of free concerts at the fountain at Lincoln Park. Make it a picnic night or purchase food from the local vendors, the family-friendly event runs from 7pm to 9pm.

Wine dinner at Komegashi (Wednesday)
Enjoy a four-course dinner accompanied by five wine tastings at Komegashi’s wine-tasting dinner. Admission is $75/pp and reservations are required.
