A Tuscan dinner, a 70s party, and lots of beer — here’s the best of what’s happening in Jersey City this week.

Earth Day Wine Tasting at CoolVines (Monday)

In honor of Earth Day, CoolVines is hosting a biodynamic wine tasting (at both locations) from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. The shops will be sampling wines that are sustainable and environmentally friendly. Plus, 10% of purchases will benefit the National Resources Defense Council.

Allagash Brewing at Würstbar (Tuesday)

Maine’s Allagash Brewing Company is doing a tap takeover at Würstbar today (starting at 4pm) as they launch Allagash White and River Trip. Plus, they’ll be sharing some rare bottle pours and other surprises.

Spin Studio Grand Opening & Wine Tasting (Thursday)

Core Indoor Cycling is a new spin studio located inside the Brunswick Center. Their debut class is Core & Pour: a classic spin class followed by a wine tasting with Lourdes of the Vine. Admission is just $20 for both the class and wine tasting.

Tuscan Dinner at Prato (Thursday)

Prato is hosting its second Tuscan Dinner of the month tonight. Expect a surprise menu of Tuscan food and Tuscan wines — the latter provided by Madame Claude Wine. Cost is $50/pp.

Bolero Snort Takeover at Barcade (Thursday)

Barcade is celebrating Bolero Snort’s 6th Anniversary with a tap takeover. The tap list includes Bolero Snort Charger IPA (New England style IPA with orange zest), Bolero Snort O.B.V. Cream Pop IPA (IPA brewed with vanilla, lactose sugar, and orange zest), Bolero Snort Happy Buck’n Anniversary (Imperial Porter), and more.

Belly Dance Performance at Uncle Momo (Thursday)

French-Lebanese restaurant Uncle Momo is hosting its second Belly Dance Performance/Dinner. Admission to the show, which includes a 4-course dinner, is $35/pp.

Yelp 70s Night at Harborside (Friday)

Start your weekend with a giant 70s-themed party hosted by Yelp at the Harborside Atrium. Dozens of food vendors will be there including Broa, Bucket & Bay, Talde, Bang Cookies, Ainsworth Hoboken, The Ashford, and more. The event is free, but a $10-$15 donation is encouraged to benefit Canine Companions for Independence. A Yelp account is needed to RSVP. (Piggyback Bar will provide the cash bar for the night).

Beach Party Weekend at Lucky 7’s (Friday)

Lucky 7’s is kicking off its “Beach Party Weekend” with a Brooklyn Brewery tap takeover that starts today. Brooklyn Brewery beers on tap will include Lager, Summer Ale, East IPA, Brown Ale, Bel Air Sour, Defender IPA, Pilsner, and Better Angels.
