From a pork festival to a night of speed dating, here are this week’s best events taking place in and around Jersey City.

Final week to enjoy Pig Fest at Zeppelin Hall (Monday-Sunday)
Don your stretchiest pair of pants and get ready to indulge in all things pork at Zeppelin Hall’s Whole Hog Festival, now in its final week. The pig-tastic menu includes 17 special entrees such as pig head braised in beer, dry rubbed ribs (pictured), and pulled pork bacon mac & cheese. The fest ends this Sunday.

Beer Dating at the Iron Monkey (Tuesday)
Tired of swiping left on Bumble? The Iron Monkey is hosting a night of Beer (Speed) Dating in the hopes of helping you find your perfect match. Admission is $25 and includes appetizers and drinks. Best of all, if you match with someone, you’ll get a $25 Iron Monkey credit for your first date.

CoolVines debuts wine class (Wednesday)
Come to CoolVines’ inaugural wine class — SchoolVines — to learn (and taste!) all your favorite sparkling wines. The 1.5-hour class will be held at &co and costs $25 per person.

Hidden Grounds Coffee Open Mic Night (Friday)
Hidden Grounds Jersey City is hosting its first JC Open Mic Night at its new cafe at 148 First Street. From poetry to standup, this is your chance to perform (or take in a performance) while enjoying some excellent coffee and tea.

Beatles Festival comes to the Hyatt at Exchange Place (Friday-Sunday)
Celebrate the White Album’s 50-year anniversary at the Fest for Beatles Fans at the Hyatt Regency at Exchange Place. The 3-day fest celebrates everything about The Beatles and includes appearances by musicians, artists, family members, friends, and associates from the Beatles world. Tickets start at $54 per day.
