Ribbon-cutting at om.life Wellness Spa (Wednesday)
Jersey City’s newest wellness spa is celebrating its ribbon cutting this Wednesday at 10am with Mayor Fulop. After the ceremony, guests will be treated to refreshments and tours of the facility.

Music, monologues, and poetry at LITM (Wednesday)
LITM is hosting a fundraiser for Thinking in Full Color, a theater company dedicated to sharing stories by women of color. The fundraiser will include drinks, light bites, and performances by members of Thinking in Full Color. You can buy tickets online ($30) or at the door ($40).

Fundraiser for Jersey City’s four-legged residents (Wednesday)
Exchange Physical Therapy Group and Jaclyn Fulop are teaming up with the Liberty Humane Society to launch Jersey City’s first low-cost spay and neuter R/V. (The mobile R/V would charge eligible residents only $10 to spay/neuter their pet). To raise funds for the program’s first year, EPT is throwing a fundraiser at Corgi Spirits. Admission is $25/pp.

Gringo’s Cactus Cantina (Wednesday)
Treat yourself to some tacos while enjoying a DIY Cactus Cantina Workshop at Gringo’s. Admission is $25/pp and your ticket includes everything you need for the class — including a complimentary drink.

Scotch tasting and buffet dinner (Wednesday)
Komegashi is hosting its very first blind Scotch tasting. The casual tasting will be paired with a buffer dinner for a combined price of $75/pp. Better yet, guess the right Scotches and you’ll win a prize.

Yoga & Beer at Departed Soles (Wednesday)
Stretch your glutes and enjoy a pint of beer at Departed Sole’s Yoga + Beer Session. Held on the first and third Wednesday of each month, it includes a 1-hour yoga class and a fresh pint of beer at the end. Admission is $10 and includes the beer.

Taste 18 different California wines (Thursday)
Liberty House is going on a wine tasting adventure around the world and stop number two — which takes place Thursday night at Liberty House — will taste the wines of California. You’ll taste 18 different wines with light bites, all for $59/pp.

Pershing Field fundraiser at La Unica Bakery (Friday)
Spring has arrived and La Unica Bakery is hosting a benefit for the gardens of Pershing Field. The evening will include music by Addie Mahmassani and prose/poetry by Ananda Lima and Sanjay Agnihotri. Admission is $16 and it includes a beverage and your choice of a sweet or savory bite.
