New York Yimby has the latest on 54 Bright Street, a 4-story condo building that will complement 93 Bright Street. The building, which is being described as “historic and contemporary,” got approved by the Van Vorst Park Assocation and the Jersey City Historic Preservation Commission. It will offer a total of four units: a 1,400-square-foot 2BR; an 850-square-foot 2BR; a 950-square-foot 2BR, 2.5-bathroom duplex (with private roof terrace); and a larger 1,050-square-foot, 2BR, 2.5-bathroom duplex, which will also feature a private roof terrace. Pricing is not yet available and the project is slated to finish late 2016 or early 2017. —New York Yimby
