Update 3pm: Jesrey City now has 25 positive cases and 38 cases that are pending from the CDC per Mayor Fulop’s 3pm FB Live briefing. The mayor says there are no clusters in Jersey City.

Update 1pm: New Jersey numbers have jumped from 427 positive cases to 742. Hudson county jumped from 34 to 55 cases. (We’ll update Jersey City numbers after Fulop’s 3pm briefing).

What you need to know for Thursday morning:
