On Sunday, all Ani Ramen locations will treat mom to a free bowl of ramen. Plus, moms will also get free ice cream at Luigi’s Ice Cream shop in Summit and Jersey City.
Buffet Lunch at Amiya
Amiya is offering a buffet lunch option for all moms. You can get a regular buffet lunch for $18.95 (no drinks included) or choose from two buffet/beverage options. There’s an unlimited “mocktail” with buffet option for $21.95 or an unlimited cocktail with buffet option for $23.95.
Venezuelan Brunch at El Cocotero
El Coctero is offering a Mother’s Day prix fixe special at its Bergen Avenue-based restaurant. The special includes an appetizer, main course, champagne, and dessert for $35/pp.
Brunch or Dinner at The Kitchen Step
From fried chicken and waffles to croissant french toast, The Kitchen Step is offering an a la carte brunch option this Mother’s Day. If mom prefers to sleep in, treat her to a Mother’s Day dinner with The Kitchen Step’s tasty ricotta gnocchi.
Sunday Brunch at Latham House
Latham House doesn’t have a Mother’s Day special or menu per se, but as one of our personal favorite Jersey City restaurants — you simply can’t go wrong with bringing mom to Latham. Make sure to leave room for their awesome desserts. Brunch runs from 10am to 2:45pm on Sundays on a first come, first served basis.
Moms Get a Free Cocktail at Corgi Spirits
Jersey City’s first distillery is celebrating moms by offering them one drink on the house. Even better, if you’re a mom to a four-legged fur baby — bring your pup to Corgi Spirits (patio area only) and you’ll get 10% off your entire tab.
Indulge in Surf & Turf at Ruth’s Chris
Skip that dainty brunch and take mom to Ruth’s Chris Steak House where she’ll be able to order from their new spring classics menu. Entrees include a Surf & Turf special (two lobster tails and a ribeye steak), Blackened Scallops, Stuffed Chicken Breast, or up to a 16-ounce Ribeye. Best part — all moms will receive a $25 gift card they can use on a second visit to any Ruth’s Chris restaurant.
Casual Brunch at Sam AM Bergen Lafayette
Sam AM’s Bergen Lafayette-based restaurant hasn’t posted any Mother’s Day specials, but we can’t think of a better spot to enjoy a relaxed and leisurely brunch. (Currently, they don’t offer dinner on Sundays).
BYOB Brunch at The Cliff
Neighborhood eatery The Cliff is offering a prix fixe brunch menu this Mother’s Day. It includes fresh fruit, mom’s entree of choice, a beverage, and rosette cake. Cost is $35/pp or $14 for kids. Don’t forget to BYOB.
Killer Views, Decadent Eats at Battello
Spoil mom to the fullest degree with a deliciously decadent brunch or dinner at Newport’s Battello. The Battello Lounge will offer a brunch buffet (10:30am to 3:15 PM) for $49/pp or $20/child. Or you can opt for a two-course prix fixe menu at $45/pp or $20/child. Plus, enjoy live jazz in the lounge and main dining room from 11:30am till 4pm. Mom’s also get a complimentary Bloody Mary or Mimosa and unlimited coffee or tea. Or wait till the sun sets and bring mom in for a three-course dinner at $65/pp or $35/child.
Whisky Brunch at Talde
Treat mom to chocolate, whisky, and a tasty brunch at Talde. The restaurant is teaming up with The Glenlivet, so all moms will receive a complimentary Glenlivet Founders Reserve cocktail and Glenlivet-infused chocolate. Talde’s Sunday menu will be available along with some Mother’s Day specials.
