Where: 107 Morgan Street
The Exchange Place Alliance is teaming up with Mack-Cali and JC Families to host a Drive-In Movie Night Series, which kicks off tonight at 107 Morgan. Friday’s movies include The Smurfs: A Christmas Carol (starting at 5:30pm) and Disney’s Maleficent (7pm). The event is free and open to the public (vehicles required) on a first come basis. Gates will open at 4:30pm.

What: Mozzarella & Burrata Making Class with Tony Boloney’s
When: Friday, January 8 from 7pm to 9pm
Where: virtual/online
Tony Boloney’s virtual cooking classes are back this Friday with a virtual mozzarella and burrata making class. Purchase your kit by 5pm (in-store) on Friday and log on for the free class. The kit costs $99 and includes all the necessary ingredients for the class including curd (enough to make 4 balls of mozzarella), one ball of finished mozzarella cheese, container of stracciatella, and more.

What: Winter Menu Debut at Corgi Spirits

Update: Corgi has announced its tasting room will be closed tonight. Corgi Spirits just debuted its new winter cocktail menu featuring a new line of drinks like the Spiced Mule and Pine Island Old Fashioned. (You can check out the full menu here).

What: Very Affordable Art Show
When: Saturday, January 9 from 10am to 11am
Where: Cast Iron Lofts at 262 17th Street
Today is the final day of The Art House’s Very Affordable Art Show. The exhibit features works priced at $250 or less. In total, the show has over 250 works of art from 54 artists. You can shop in person or online.

When: Saturday, January 9 from 10am to 1pm
Where: Van Vorst Park
Year-round farmers markets kick off this weekend in Jersey City with the winter edition of the Van Vorst Farmers Market. The market will be open from 10am till 1pm every Saturday this winter. Vendors include Central Valley Farm, Hoboken Farms, and Rabble & Lion Coffee. Masks will be required to attend.

What: Movie Night at Dullboy
When: Sunday, January 10 at 6pm + 8pm
Where: 364 Grove Street
