Local singer/songwriter Sean Kiely will perform at Fox & Crow tonight. Kiely has released several acclaimed recordings under his own name, in addition to being an in-demand guitarist and singer on the local bluegrass scene and producer for other artists. Admission is $10/pp.

What: Lunar New Year Dragon Dance
When: Saturday, January 21 from 11am
Where: 472 Jersey Avenue
The Jersey City Free Public Library and New York’s Fong’s Hung Ga Kung Fu Association will celebrate the Lunar New Year with an outdoor dragon dance. After the dance, the Jing Chinese Culture Events will offer a free crafts workshop for children in the library’s 4th floor.

What: Barre3 Grand Opening
When: Saturday, January 21 from 8am to 1pm
Where: 10 Provost Square
It’s official: Barre3 Jersey City is celebrating its grand opening this Saturday. There will be  two free classes at 9am and 10:30am. After class, you’ll enjoy hair braiding courtesy of Blo Jersey City, treats by Jam Cakery Events, and more.
