What: Departed Soles Beer Release
Where: 150 Bay
Departed Soles will release Jersey’s Finest Amber Lager on Friday. The beer is crisp and clear with a touch of caramel and roast on the palate. A portion of this weekend’s sales will be set aside to help Jersey City resident and White Star Bar employee — Vicky Karabin Marshall — who recently suffered a head injury. (GoFundMe).

What: Automat Kitchen Mac Madness
Where: 525 Washington Boulevard
Automat Kitchen is offering a special “Mac Madness” menu filled with five mac & cheese specials. The menu will run through through April 5 coinciding with the NCAA tournament. At the end of the tournament, whichever mac & cheese dish sells the most will be permanently added to the menu.

Where: 115 Palisade Avenue
Local husband-and-wife team Linda and Sean Kerly have opened a new cafe/restaurant on Palisade Avenue. The French-inspired cafe offers everything from breakfast pastries to dinner entrees. Plus, it’s BYOB.

What: Drive-In Movie Night (Jumanji)
When: Friday, March 5 at 7:15pm
Where: 107 Morgan Street (parking lot adjacent to CoolVines Powerhouse)
The Exchange Place Alliance, JC Families, and Ward E councilman James Solomon are teaming up for another drive-in movie night. Friday’s film will be Jumanji: The Next Level. Admission is $20 per car and reservations are required. Gates will close at 8pm and no entry will be allowed after that time.

What: Trivia at Corgi Spirits
When: Friday, March 19 from 7:30pm to 9:30pm
Where: 1 Distillery Drive
Trivia night returns to its Friday time slot this weekend. The event includes three rounds of trivia with prizes for winning groups. Social distancing will be in effect and groups must adhere to a four person maximum. Admission is $8/pp.

What: Battello: Live in the Lounge
When: Friday, March 19 at 8pm
Where:
502 Washington Boulevard
Live in the Lounge is a 90-minute dinner accompanied by an intimate performance by a local musician. The 3-course dinner is limited to 40 people and will take place inside Battello’s spacious lounge. This Friday, Battello will feature the James Calleo Band and Collemassari Winery. Admission is $102/per person.

What: Easter Bunny Meet & Greet at The Cottage
When: March 20 & 21 from 3pm to 6pm
Where: 136 Monticello Avenue
The Cottage Jersey City is hosting an Easter Bunny meet & greet every Saturday/Sunday this month. The socially distanced event is held in their outdoor patio, which has been designed by Larkspur Botanicals. Admission is $15 and photos are permitted.
