The Grove PATH station is about to get a little more cozy.

Just three weeks after leasing launched at 90 Columbus, developers Ironstate and Panepinto Properties have announced that over 100 apartments in the 539-unit tower have been leased.

Located steps away from the Grove PATH station, the 51-story tower is the fourth and final phase of The Columbus Collection, which includes 50 Columbus, the Residence Inn by Marriott, 70 Columbus, and 90 Columbus. The collection also includes Base Gym and Sprove Market Place.

“The Columbus Collection has proven to be a tremendous asset to Jersey City and has helped spearhead the proliferation of new lifestyle offerings throughout the Grove Street neighborhood,” said Joseph Panepinto, president & CEO of Panepinto Properties.

Amenities at 90 Columbus include a 60,000 square-foot roof deck with pool, BBQ grilling stations, dog run, and children’s play area, to name a few. Residents also get membership to the adjacent Base Gym.

The building’s grand lobby, two-story communal lounge, and communal work space were designed by famed Parisian interior architect Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance and landscape designer Bas Smets.

90 Columbus features studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences with rents that start at $2,695/month.
