From restaurants to salons, Hamilton Park has been undergoing a lot of change as of late.
The latest addition to the neighborhood comes courtesy of LeFrak, which just unveiled its new residential building the Revetment House, a sister building to the neighboring Embankment House.
Located at 310 Tenth Street, the 163-unit building is designed by Northern Architectural Systems, a New Jersey-based firm which is also responsible for New York’s One Wall Street.
The Revetment House sits atop the embankment, which was once operated by the Pennsylvania Railroad and cuts through much of downtown Jersey City. As a result, the building has been designed with an industrial-chic aesthetic.
Amenities include a landscaped deck with BBQ area, dog run, fitness center, children’s playroom, part-time doorman/package receiving, on-site parking, and shuttle service to the PATH station, which is sure to come in handy on sweltering days like we’ve seen this week.
The Revetment House is expected to open for leasing in September with studios starting at $2,100/month.
