More than 2,000 cyclists are expected to roll through the streets of Jersey City on Sunday, June 3rd for the 2018 Jersey City Ward Tour.

The 15-mile cycling event takes you through the city’s six wards — Greenville (Ward A), West Side (Ward B), Journal Square (Ward C), the Heights (Ward D), Downtown (Ward E), and Bergen-Lafayette (Ward F).

As its name suggests, this is a casual tour — not a race. However, you should be able to maintain a 10mph pace. (There will be a long break at Lincoln Park, which is about the halfway point).

Last year, cyclists started in front of City Hall and end at Liberty State Park. However, this year’s route has yet to be finalized.

The tour rolls out at 11am and bib pickup runs from 9am to 10:30am. Registration is free with a $5 suggested donation.
