Negroni Week Kickoff at The Archer (Monday)

It’s Negroni Week in Jersey City and The Archer is celebrating the summer cocktail with 15 guest bartenders. From 8pm to 1am each rotating/guest bartender will concoct their own special cocktail using spirits from Campari. It’s a free event and a cool way to start off the week. The night will feature bartenders from Montclair Social, Dear Irving, Macao Trading, Dullboy, and more.

Sake and Whisky Night at Ani Ramen (Tuesday)

Soul of Sake is a monthly dinner dedicated to pairing sake and whisky. Admission is $38/pp (online) or $42/pp (at the door). It includes two featured sakes, one featured Suntory whisky, appetizers, and your choice of ramen. This month’s spirits include Nanbu Bijin Umeshu Sake (dried apricot, tart finish), Hibiki Harmony Japanese Whisky (floral, caramelized candied orange peel), and Hakkaisan Kijoshu Sake (light and sweet).

Rosé Wine Dinner at Mathews (Tuesday)

Nothing says summer like a refreshing glass of rosé. During Mathews’ Rosé Wine Dinner you’ll get to enjoy four glasses of rosé from Spain, France, and New York. Entrees will have a Spanish influence with a “paella mixta” as the main course. Tickets are $85/pp.

Learn to Make Gin-Based Cocktails at Miss Wong’s (Tuesday)

Miss Wong’s and Saint George Spirits are teaming up for a gin-based cocktail class that’ll have you mixing cocktails like a pro. Tickets are $25/pp.

Rooftop Vow Renewal Ceremony at Six26 (Wednesday)

On June 26, 2016 the Supreme Court ruled that same sex couples had the right to marry in every state in the country. Six26 is celebrating that day with a rooftop party and vow renewal ceremony led by Harmonica Sunbeam. Dance, drink, celebrate, and renew your wedding vows all on the same night.

Craft Night at The Cliff (Thursday)

Learn to make professional paper flower decorations during The Cliff’s first Craft Night. Admission is $45/pp and it includes small bites from The Cliff as well as all materials for the class.

Darke Pines Beef Butcher Class (Thursday)

Sustainable butcher shop Darke Pines is hosting a Beef Butcher Class tonight. The class will focus on the beef hind quarter, including cuts like the NY strip, filet mignon, flank steak, and tri-tip steak. You’ll learn the differences between the cuts and get to taste them as they’re prepared for you during the class. Reservations are required.

Corgi Spirits Summer Cocktail Release (Friday)
