It’s going to be a big week for foodies in Jersey City as two new spots celebrate their grand opening and Talde debuts its new dinner/cocktail menu.

Luna Restaurant grand opening (Monday)
Downtown’s newest Italian restaurant — Luna — opens tonight for dinner. The menu isn’t all Italian though, it also features empanadas, Cajun dishes, and even a churrasco. The full menu is now online (but still no prices).

Talde debuts new dinner and cocktail menu (Monday)
Spring weather is finally here and to celebrate Talde is debuting its new spring dinner and cocktail menu tonight. In an effort to lower their carbon footprint, last week Talde also unveiled a new Reserved wine list, which features all organic, sustainable wines. [We got ahead of ourselves and the menus have not debuted yet. We’ll report back when they do].

Wine and songwriting at PS Wine Bar (Monday)
Start your week with some wine and an intimate musical performance during PS Wine Bar’s Songwriting Showcase. Solo musicians will sing two original songs and a cover song of their choice.

Brewdog USA launch tour at Lo-Fi (Tuesday)
BrewDog USA is coming to New Jersey and their first stop — and launch party — will be held in Jersey City’s own Lo-Fi. The party starts at 5pm and you can check out their beers here.

Drink and draw at Frankie (Wednesday)
Frankie is hosting its first drink & draw session at its upstairs private room. You’ll have to bring your own supplies, but your $20 ticket includes one drink, drink specials throughout the night, and a female model, who will be your painting muse.

Rooftop at Exchange Place grand opening (Thursday)
The Rooftop at Exchange Place is downtown’s new outdoor oasis. Sitting atop the newly renovated Hyatt House, the rooftop lounge is celebrating its official grand opening today. Let the warm weather drinking begin!

Celebrate Record Store Day with Dogfish Brewery and Barcade (Thursday)
Today is National Record Store Day (yes, it’s an actual thing) and Barcade is celebrating with special brews courtesy of Dogfish Brewery. There will also be a “National Record Store Day beer” made in collaboration with the Flaming Lips — a tropical Pale Ale named Dragons and Yum Yum.

Godzilla comes to Loews (Friday)
When it comes to monsters, few are as big and notorious as Godzilla. Catch the original 1954 Godzilla movie (in Japanese with English subtitles) at the Loews Theater tonight. The movie starts at 8pm and admission is $8.
