Summer starts on June 21, but that’s not stopping Ani Ramen Jersey City from debuting its new summer menu. The new menu went into effect on May 29 and includes new rice bowls, bao buns, skewers, and four new ramen bowls especially made for the summer.
The two mazemen (brothless) ramen bowls include the tan tan mazemen bowl and the butakimchi mazemen. The former includes Chinese style noodles with miso babyback ribs, whereas the latter is made with grilled pork belly and Berkshire sausage with kimchi. If you prefer cold ramen, there’s now a miso salmon cold ramen and a hiyashi chuka cold ramen.
Rounding out the summer menu are Ani’s new rice bowls, which consist of a miso salmon rice bowl and a chipotle miso BBQ rib rice bowl. Finally, there are new skewers (chicken or pork belly) as well as new baos (grilled chicken or grilled salmon). The new summer menu is available for lunch or dinner at all locations.
