Standing 900 feet above street level, 99 Hudson is now New Jersey’s tallest building, surpassing the 781-foot Goldman Sachs tower, which is now the state’s second-tallest tower.

Developed by China Overseas America, the 79-story 99 Hudson will offer 781 condos with 1-bedroom units starting at $770,000 and 2-bedroom units from $1.5m.

The building’s 75th floor penthouses will feature the highest residential views in all of Jersey City with balconies that overlook the entire New York City skyline. Amenities are expected to be the best in Jersey City and will include a fitness center, screening room, wet lounge, dry lounge, steam room, dry sauna and three pools — a lap pool, children’s pool, and “social” pool.

99 Hudson will also include 7,500 square feet of new pedestrian plazas, open green spaces, and retail/recreational spaces.

Construction on the Perkins Eastman-designed building is set to wrap up sometime in 2019.
