Mark your calendars! Jersey City resident and Sirenetta (Hoboken) chef de cuisine Cedric Gayon (formerly Madame) is teaming up with Skinner’s Loft for a series of pop-up dinners to be held on the last Tuesday of each month. The first dinner will be held on Tuesday, June 27 at Skinner’s (146 Newark Avenue) from 7pm to 10pm.
The multi-course tasting menu will include a complimentary amuse bouche (light bite) followed by five courses. The full menu is shared once tickets are purchased, but diners can expect cold, hot, sea, land, and dessert courses. (Dietary restrictions may be accommodated if communicated before ticket purchases). Admission is $125/pp (not including beverages) and tickets can be purchased online. Seating is limited to 18 guests.
