Downtown is known for its top-notch Italian restaurants. Well, get ready to add another to the list because Luna Restaurant & Bar is slated to open next week.
Located in the former home of Park & Sixth at 279 Grove, Luna will be sister restaurant to Rutherford’s Paisano’s, which has been a local institution in that city for over 40 years.
However, Luna isn’t looking to become a Rutherford transplant. Instead, it’ll feature a different menu than Paisano’s with some items that don’t sound Italian at all.
On the menu you’ll find Cajun calamari, empanadas, lollipop wings with teriyaki sauce, crab cakes with sriracha aioli, and a churrasco. Of course, you’ll also find traditional Italian dishes like cacio e pepe, lobster ravioli, and pappardelle. Luna will also feature a cocktail menu, wine cellar, and a spacious private dining room in the back of the restaurant.
You can check out the menu — sans prices — below.
