Sub Culture now open on Newark Avenue
A tempting lineup of subs and sandwiches await at the newly opened Sub Culture. Located at 260 Newark Avenue (between Monmouth and 2nd Street), the sandwich shop is currently in soft open mode and will celebrate their official grand opening this Friday at 11:30am. Looks like they’ll also offer gluten-free wraps starting next week.
Luxury rental coming to Bergen-Lafayette
Ironstate Development recently broke ground on 100 Monitor Street, a five-story, mixed-use rental that will bring 309 market rate rental units to Bergen-Lafayette. The building will offer 3,800 square feet of street-level retail space and 8,000 square feet of commercial space, the latter of which will serve as the new headquarters for the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency. The project is expected to wrap up in 22 months.

Citi Bike reshuffling bike stations
Citi Bike is relocating eight of its least-popular docking stations. Neighborhoods south of Communipaw Avenue will lose access to the bike-share system as a result of the reshuffle. —NJ.com
