Located at 337 Newark Avenue, White Eagle Hall features over 8,000-square-feet of flexible venue space and an 800-standing and 400-seated person capacity. Since opening in 2017, White Eagle Hall has presented live music, theater, comedy, dance, and more.

Prudential Center is a world-class sports and entertainment venue located in downtown Newark, New Jersey. The arena is home to the New Jersey Devils and Seton Hall University’s NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball program. It has hosted more than 175 concerts, family shows, and special events each year. The Prudential Center’s entertainment division is also helping to revamp the Loew’s Theater in Journal Square.

White Eagle Hall was originally constructed in 1910 by Polish immigrants under the leadership of Father Peter Boleslaus Kwiatowski. Ownership of White Eagle Hall was transferred to St. Anthony’s, which managed the venue throughout the 20th century.

The venue became the home of the St. Anthony Friars, the basketball team of St. Anthony High School. Jersey City native Bob Hurley coached dozens of students who earned basketball scholarships and went on to play on major league teams. Hurley went on to become the first high school coach to be inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame.

In 2012, the venue was purchased by the Ben LoPiccolo Development Group, which restored the venue and added new sound and air conditioning systems. The space reopened in May of 2017.
