Thanksgiving has arrived and if you don’t feel like cramming a turkey into your oven, let someone else do it for you. Unfortunately, here in downtown Jersey City you won’t have that many options. I called and confirmed which downtown restaurants will be open this Thursday and only four locations are offering Thanksgiving Day dinners. (If you’re interested in any, it’s strongly recommended that you call ahead). Jersey City Eats also has info on where you can place last-minute turkey or catering orders, in addition to locations where you can volunteer to help feed others. Finally, Eater has a great list of 16 open restaurants in New York City that include Bouley, The Dutch, and Balthazar.
