Mark your calendars! Saturday, January 7 will be the last day of operation for the No Forks Given food truck. Chef and owner Wyatt Harte has announced via Instagram that they’ve sold their iconic truck to focus on opening their first eatery at 115 Brunswick Street.
A staple throughout the streets of Jersey City, No Forks Given specializes in comfort food, but each dish comes with an international twist. Their signature fried chicken sandwich, for instance, comes with Peruvian aji amarillo sauce as well as sriracha mayo. Meanwhile, their ribeye tacos come smothered in house-made cheddar cheese sauce marrying the best parts of a taco with a Philly cheesesteak sandwich.
No Forks Given’s last day of operation (till their storefront opens) will be Saturday, January 7. You can follow them on Instagram for a schedule of where they’ll be this week.
