Milk and Cream Bar Jersey City is teaming up with OGX Beauty to celebrate Pride Month. Through July 11, the ice cream shop will offer three special flavors including: Coconut Miracle (coconut ice cream infused with Frosted Flakes), XO, OGX (vanilla ice cream infused with Trix), and Me, Myself, & Mint (mint chip ice cream topped with Andes Mint Chocolate).

What: Spring Around Town Cocktail Crawl

Franklin Social, Kitchen Step, Corgi Spirits, Dullboy
Four of Jersey City’s top restaurants and bars are teaming up for a June cocktail crawl. The crawl can be done at your own leisure and requires that diners visit Franklin Social, Corgi Spirits, Dullboy, and The Kitchen Step. Once you’ve received “stamps” from each location, you can return to Franklin Social for 15% off your next visit. Diners have till the end June to get their stamps and the Franklin Social discount can be redeemed through August 31.

Feministival is a festival designed to highlight women-owned businesses in Jersey City. The child-friendly event will offer food vendors, activities for kids, and more.

What: Movies in the Park: Toy Story 4
When: Friday, June 18
Where:
City Hall Plaza
Movies in the Park starts this week with a free screening of Toy Story 4 at City Hall Plaza. Bring a blanket or lawn chair. The movie starts at sunset.

What: Smorgasburg Jersey City
When: Saturday, June 12 from 11am to 6pm
Where: 195 Hudson
Smorgasburg is back at Harborside for another weekend of eats. The outdoor market will offer food from numerous vendors including Lobsterdamus (pictured), Anderson’s Ice Cream, C Bao, Carlitos Barbecue Taqueria, D’Abruzzo, Duck Season, and more. The market will operate every Saturday through October. Admission is free and there will be various outdoor dining options throughout Harborside.

African Cultural Arts Family FestivalWhat: African Cultural Arts Family Festival
When: Saturday, June 19 from 1pm to 7pm
Where: Berry Lane Park at 1000 Garfield Avenue
The African Cultural Arts Family Festival celebrates Juneteenth and the African Diaspora. There will be live entertainment including drummers, dancers, Afro-Cuban jazz bands, and more. Plus, there will be food vendors available all day.

What: The Cottage Weekend Jazz Trio
When: Saturdays & Sundays from 2:30pm to 6pm
Where: 136 Monticello Avenue
The Cottage Jersey City is hosting live musical performances every weekend. (Note, they recently tweaked the time so the music starts and finishes later in the day). The socially distanced event is held in The Cottage’s outdoor patio. As a reminder, The Cottage is BYOB (and they offer killer pastries and brunch sandwiches).

What: Corgi Spirits Comedy Club
When: Saturday, June 19 from 3pm to 5pm
Where: 1 Distillery Drive
Enjoy an afternoon of comedy as Jersey City comedians Ryan Rummel and Alex Grubard bring the funniest comedians to Corgi Spirits. Past and future performers have made appearances on The Late Show, The Tonight Show, Comedy Central, SiriusXM, and numerous other television shows. Admission is $20/pp. Doors open at 2:30pm.

What: Movie Night at Dullboy
When: Sunday, June 20 at 6pm + 8pm
Where: 364 Grove Street
Every Sunday night, Dullboy will be screening a movie in its heated patio. The first showing is at 6pm followed by a second showing at 8pm. Make sure to give them a follow on Instagram to find out what movie they’ll show.
