Greek films, Greek food, and Greek wine are the name of the game at Frankie tonight. The Maritime Republic — which specializes in small batch, farmer-made wines — will be on site pouring some of their favorite Greek wines.

What: Movie Night at Harborside: Green Book
When: Friday, April 5 from 7:30pm to 9:30pm
Where: Harborside Atrium
After winning the Academy Award for Best Picture in February, the Jersey City Arts Council and Mack-Cali are screening Green Book at the Harborside Atrium tonight. Per IMDB: “A working-class Italian-American bouncer becomes the driver of an African-American classical pianist on a tour of venues through the 1960s American South.” The screening is free, but you’ll have to RSVP for the free ticket via the above link.

What: Shakespeare@ Presents Hamlet

Shakespeare@ is a new Jersey City-based theater company looking to revitalize the works of The Bard. Their first production is Shakespeare’s Hamlet with showings Thursdays through Sundays (through April 14) at Grace Church Van Vorst. The play stars Jonathan Forbes (Amazon’s Catastrophe) in the title role, Eden Brolin (Freeform’s Beyond) as Ophelia, Andrew Sellon (Gotham) as Polonius, Aria Shahghasemi (CW’s Legacies) as Laertes, and Mark Torres (Amadeus) as Claudius. What: Surf & Turf Barbecue Fest at Zeppelin Hall

Executive chef Franco Robazetti is the Food Network’s Surf & Turf Chopped champion. Now he’s bringing some his Chopped dishes to Zeppelin Hall for its first Surf & Turf Barbecue Fest. The menu includes items like St. Louis Ribs, Smoked Chicken Wings, BBQ Jumbo Shrimp, and a bone-in short rib with lobster.

Milk Sugar Love’s new ice cream shop opens today in the Heights. The shop will feature an espresso menu with Stumptown Coffee, handmade pastries, ice cream sandwiches, ice cream cakes, and an exclusive fan-picked ice cream flavor. Plus, there’s indoor seating for 16.
