Midnight Market returns for another night of music, food, and booze. Making a special appearance at this week’s party is Food Network Chopped champion, Lee Knoeppel. Midnight Market co-creator Alysis Vazquez duked it out against Knoeppel during Season 31 of Chopped and the two friends will be reunited at this month’s foodie binge. Knoeppel will make this Thai green curry dish for the event. Also keep an eye out for Swank Rolls (pictured above), who’ll be making their Midnight Market debut.

Start the weekend with a gorgeous 5K run (or walk) along the Jersey City waterfront, led by avid runners David Trotta of Whealth and trainer/model Jesse Barton. The casual run is open to all fitness levels and is followed by a quick cool down/meditation session and a healthy meal at the Whealth Harborside Cafe.

Unique Photo — one of NJ’s oldest & largest camera stores — is celebrating its 70th anniversary with NJ Photowalk, an opportunity for photographers of all skill levels to gather, photograph, and share pictures while supporting a good cause, Team Fox for Parkinson’s Research. What: Hoboken Arts & Music Festival

Where: Washington Street btwn 8th & 14th
The Hoboken Arts & Music Fest is an all-day street fair with live music, children’s activities, tribute bands, and tons of food. There will be paintings and photography on sale in addition to other arts and crafts. The outdoor event stretches from 8th street to 14th street on Washington street.
