Movies in the Park Jersey City kicks off its 2023 season with a free screening of Disney Pixar’s Soul. The movie starts at sunset (around 8:30pm).

What: Laura Cantrell at Fox & Crow
When: Thursday, June 15 from 8pm to 10pm
Where: 594 Palisade Avenue
Country singer Laura Cantrell has been celebrated in the New York Times, “O” Magazine, Elle, The Wall Street Journal, The Sunday Times of London, and NPR’s “All Things Considered.” She will perform at Fox & Crow tonight. Admission is $10/pp.

The Exchange Place Alliance is hosting another night of Movies on the Pier. This Friday you’ll be able to catch a free screening of Disney Pixar’s Lightyear. The movie starts at sunset (around 7:30pm). Food and drink will be available for purchase.

What: JC Art & Music Festival
When: Saturday, June 17 from 4pm to 9pm
Where: Modera Lofts Rooftop at 350 Warren
The Jersey City Arts and Music Fest 2023 will be held on the rooftop deck of the Modera Lofts. The event will include an art exhibit, live music, food, and wine/spirits. All proceeds from the event and the art auction will got to ArtWallJC, a non-profit art gallery dedicated to promoting local artists.

What: Maidin + Lady Ze with Analyse & Ryan at Fox & Crow
When: Saturday, June 17 from 8pm to 10pm
Where: 594 Palisade Avenue
Maidin is a an NYC-based singer/songwriter whose music is a fusion of indie-pop and folk. Lady Ze is a Nigerian-American beatmaker, engineer, producer, songwriter, vocalist, and instrumentalist. Analyse & Ryan are an Americana duo whose sound and songs take listeners on a soulful, rootsy journey. Admission is $10/pp.

Barre3 Jersey City is hosting a 1-hour class at the gazebo at Van Vorst Park. You’ll need to bring your own yoga mat and admission is $10/pp.

The All About Us Festival is a Juneteenth celebration filled with live music, arts, food, and culture. The festival will be held at Liberty State Park (1 Audrey Zapp Drive). Admission is $25/pp.
