What: Winter Solstice Party at Zeppelin Hall
When: Friday, December 22 at 9pm
Where: 88 Liberty View Drive
If you’re already thinking about summer, you might want to get to Zeppelin Hall this weekend. The biergarten is throwing a Winter Solstice Party complete with 1950s-inspired surf rock band, The Bakersfield Breakers. To accompany the beachy tunes, Zeppelin Hall will be serving summer treats like hot and cold lobster rolls and fish ‘n chips. Come back on Saturday for a special visit from Santa himself.

What: Cookies & Cocktails with Jersey City Sweets
When: Saturday, December 23 from 2pm to 5pm
Where: Corgi Spirits at 1 Distillery Drive
Forget the milk and cookies. Jersey City Sweets is teaming up with Corgi Spirits for a Cookies & Cocktails Cottage Decorating Class held at Corgi Spirits. Admission is $65/pp and includes a cookie cottage kit, recipes, and decorations. Plus, participants get 10% off any Corgi gin or vodka bottles purchased at the event.

What: The Nightmare Before Christmas Bodystroke Party
When: Saturday, December 23 from 10pm to 3am
Where: Transmission at 150 Bay Street
The Nightmare Before Christmas is a face- and body-painting party where guests are invited to bare it all. Artists from the tri-state area will be on hand to offer their body painting services and you can go all-in or just opt for a face painting. If you’re not feeling bold enough, guests are also welcome to stop by and mingle at the bar. Photos will not be allowed without permission.
