Where: Harborside Esplanade
Start the weekend with a gorgeous 5K run (or walk) along the Jersey City waterfront, led by avid runners David Trotta of Whealth and Jesse Barton of CKO Kickboxing. The casual run is open to all fitness levels and is followed by a quick cool down/meditation session and a healthy meal at the Whealth Harborside Cafe. Tickets are $10 per person.

As part of its February “Give Love” campaign, the LHS is waiving all adoption fees on all dogs over 40 pounds and all cats over 4 months of age. You can check out photos of all their adoptable pets on Facebook. They’re open 11am to 4pm on weekends.
