Where: Fifteen 2nd Street (next to Lutze Biergarten)
New York’s Famous Food Market is back for another weekend in Jersey City. This weekend, the outdoor market will include Ani Ramen, Casa Cubana, MozzArepas, Taste of Poland, No Forks Given, and more.

What: Bastille Day Block Party
When: Saturday, July 14 from 11am to 6pm
Where: 209 3rd Street (French American Academy)
Have a glass of Bourdeaux (or two) at the annual Bastille Day block party. The party will include French staples like croissants, macarons, cheese, French beer, music, and more. Participating vendors include Choc-O-Pain, Madame Claude Wine, and Vogue Cafe among others.

What: Me Casa Grand Re-Opening
When: Saturday, July 14 from 11am to 10pm
Where: 109 Christopher Columbus Drive
Me Casa is celebrating its grand opening at its new location with an all-day party featuring all of your favorite Puerto Rican eats. There will be mofongo, piña coladas, piraguas (shaved ice), and a live salsa band to set the mood.

What: Lucky 7’s Rock n’ Roll BBQ
When: Saturday, July 14 from 12pm to 3am
Where: 322 Second Street (on Coles)
It’s that time of year again! Lucky 7’s Annual BBQ has arrived bringing with it a full day of whiskey, live music, and cold beer. Live performances will take place outside the bar and will start at 1pm with sets from Terra Electric, Hudson City Rats, The Components, and more.

What: Porta Summer Rooftop Series
When: Sunday, July 15 from 3pm to 10pm
Where: 135 Newark Avenue
Head to Porta Sunday afternoon for a rooftop party that celebrates Jersey City’s diversity with a selection of DJs from different cities, backgrounds, and walks of life.

When: Sunday, July 15 at 11am
Where: Frankie, Luna, Zeppelin Hall, Hudson Hall, Madame Claude Bis
The World Cup will come to a nerve-wrecking close this Sunday as France takes on Croatia for the ultimate title of football champ. Various local restaurants and bars will show the game, but if you’re rooting for Les Bleus, I can’t think of a better place to be than Madame Claude Bis.
