Get ready to elevate your drinking game. Perched above the Hyatt House Jersey City, the Rooftop at Exchange Place is officially open for business.
The 10,000 square foot venue offers jaw-dropping views of neighboring New York and the Statue of Liberty. Located a floor above The Terrace at Exchange Place, which opened earlier this year, the Rooftop features a retractable glass enclosure that can remain open in warm weather or closed in the event of a passing shower.
The views won’t be the only ‘gram-worthy aspect of the new cocktail bar. Food-wise, the Rooftop at Exchange Place will serve tapas-style eats — breads, veggies, meats, and cheese — alongside seasonal dishes like Amish Country herb-roasted chicken, Wagyu beef sliders, and poké bowls.
At the heart of everything will be the venue’s cocktail program, which will feature signature drinks like the The Skyliner (sparkling wine, citrus vodka, crème de violette) and the Garden State (Tito’s Vodka, house made cucumber syrup, elderflower cordial, fresh lime juice).
The space will be open seven days a week throughout the year and it even features a cozy fire pit for these unseasonably chilly spring nights.
