The House of Hot Chicken is back in Jersey City. The fried chicken eatery, which previously operated in Jersey City as a virtual kitchen, has opened inside Oliva Market at 138 Newark Avenue. (They’ve taken over the former Falafel Station outpost).
The eatery opened in April. Their menu consists of their signature Nashville-style crispy chicken sandwich ($14), chicken tenders ($13), and mac-and-cheese ($10), to name a few items. Diners can choose their heat level for most dishes, which ranges from “naked” to “can’t feel my face.”
