Now that downtown has reached capacity, developers are looking to “discover” new neighborhoods in Jersey City. One area in particular has taken off with new retail, a new neighborhood bar, and a new 6-story luxury rental dubbed The Enclave Jersey City.
Located at 675 Monmouth Street, The Enclave is a sprawling, campus-sized rental bringing 260 new luxury units to the border of Jersey City and Hoboken.
Units at The Enclave range from studios to 2-bedroom residences. They feature 9-foot ceiling heights, white quartz countertops, modern stainless-steel appliances, and in-home washer/dryers. Select units also have private balconies.
With over 40,000 square feet of amenities, The Enclave is designed to cater to a renter’s every need. The amenity list includes all the usual perks like a 24/7 concierge, entertainment lounge, co-working space, children’s play area, and a modern gym. But you also get an arcade room, dedicated spin room, indoor/outdoor yoga areas, private massage room, and resident locker rooms. Covered parking, bike storage, and resident storage are also available on-site.
Outdoor amenities are just as plentiful and include a 10,000 square foot rooftop terrace with an outdoor swimming pool, bar area, fire pit, and Zen garden. The pet-friendly building even has a dog spa.
For transportation, the building offers complimentary shuttle service to the Hoboken PATH station. There’s also an adjacent Citi Bike hub and a designated Lyft pickup/drop-off area.
The building’s development team — BNE Real Estate Group, Hoboken Brownstone Company, and McKinney Properties — will also introduce two new public parks to the area. The parks will feature a children’s playground and dog run.
Leasing at The Enclave Jersey City has officially launched with rents starting from $2,150/month.
