It’s been almost a year since neighborhood restaurant New Thanh Hoai closed shop. If you still haven’t found a proper replacement, The Corner Pho has announced it will soft open on Monday, May 15.
Not much is known about the restaurant right now. However, we do know they’re located at 189 Erie Street (in the former New Thanh Hoai space). In addition to pho, they’ll also specialize in other Vietnamese eats. The Corner Pho will also have a full bar. The restaurant is supposedly operated by the same family behind Parsippany‘s Pho Binh Duong. We’ve been unable to confirm that, although we’ve noticed both the Corner Pho and Pho Binh Duong share the same logo. (The silhouette of a woman wearing a nón lá, or coned/pointed hat).
The Corner Pho is open seven days week for lunch and dinner from 11:30am to 10pm.
