The Boil will open its Jersey City restaurant on Valentine’s Day. However, if you can’t wait till the end of the week, we’ve got a sneak peek that should tide you over the next few days.
The venue has been given a massive makeover and looks brighter and roomier than the previous restaurant, Doshe. The 120-seat eatery offers a mix of tables and a few enclosed booths, which should allow for a quiet dining experience. The nautical-themed restaurant also boasts a new bar that faces out toward Erie. (Not pictured is the outside courtyard that will open when the weather gets warmer).
The Boil Food & Cocktails
The Jersey City outpost will feature a similar menu to the New York restaurants, with a few exclusives. For example, The Boil Jersey City will offer an oversized seafood bucket called The Whale. It’ll include giant lobster, king crab legs, and jumbo shrimp. There will also be a full bar with signature cocktails, craft beer, and wine.
Reservations for The Boil at 8 Erie Street will open on Thursday, February 13.
