Hamilton Park’s 485 Marin will soon welcome its first wave of residents.
The KRE Group-developed building, which sits directly across the street from Newport Centre Mall, brings 397 new residences to the area.
Amenities run the gamut from an outdoor pool with sun bathing lounge to a 24/7-attended lobby.
All units feature open floor plans, oversized windows, and Whirlpool appliances — including washer/dryer sets. One not-so-common perk includes access to an adjacent public park that’s being built by the developer.
Apartments start on the fifth floor and range from studios to three-bedrooms. Prices start at $2,350 for a studio and move-ins will commence on August 15.
