An arcade lounge and a 10-person sauna are just some of the unique amenities that residents at SoHo Lofts are currently enjoying.
Located at 273 16th Street, the 377-unit building recently unveiled its amenity package to residents.
Developer Manhattan Building Company designed a resort-like package that’s built to encourage social interaction among residents.
That includes perks like a gaming area with billiards and shuffleboard, surround sound media room, fully equipped demo kitchen, and dog grooming rooms. The building will debut a collection of outdoor amenities this spring, which will include an Infinity edge pool, gas grills, oversized dog park, and outdoor movie area.
Manhattan Building Company has rapidly turned the SoHo West neighborhood (south of Hoboken, west of New York) into a vibrant community. Current retailers include 8 Springs Studio, Brewshot, The Art House, and a forthcoming 5,000-square foot market. There’s also a Gram-worthy Kobra-designed Bowie mural. Rents at SoHo Lofts currently start at $2,550 for a studio with den.
