Summer is here and if you’re looking to eat lighter and healthier, Sweetgreen Jersey City just rolled out its new summer menu. The menu features two new dishes including the Summer Teriyaki Bowl and the Pesto Summer Veggies (side dish).
The new teriyaki dressing features tahini as the base along with squash as the seasonal vegetable. Sweetgreen’s summer menu also features the return of the Peach & Goat Cheese salad. The bowl offers a blend of sweetness (from the summer peaches), tanginess (from the goat cheese), and herbaceous flavors (courtesy of the basil and mint).
The summer menu is available through August 10.
Sweetgreen launches new Rewards & Challenges
In addition to its summer menu, Sweetgreen also just announced a new Rewards and Challenges program that lets you participate in weekly challenges via the Sweetgreen app. Challenges/rewards include:
- 50% off your next bowl/plate if you order a bowl/plate through July 3
- Spend $20 by July 10 and receive a $4 credit on your next purchase
- Add a side item to your order by July 16 and receive a free beverage
- Buy a personalized online exclusive bowl on 7/13 and receive 50% off your next bowl/plate
