Stack Creamery is expanding to Jersey City Heights. The New Jersey-based ice cream shop, which originally hails from Westwood, is opening a storefront at 465 Central Avenue (between Paterson and Congress), according to the Central Ave SID. This will be Stack Creamery’s second shop in the Garden State.
Stack Creamery is known for its epic ice cream sandwiches. The sandwiches are fully customizable letting you pick the cookie flavor, ice cream flavor, and toppings. You can even mix-and-match cookie flavors to create a sandwich with an M&Ms top cookie and a s’mores bottom cookie.
Then there’s the donut ice cream sandwich, which is an ice cream flavor of your choice sandwiched by two glazed donuts. Ice cream sandwiches cost from $6 online, though it hasn’t been confirmed if prices will remain the same for Jersey City.
In addition to the ice cream sandwiches, Stack Creamery also offers a variety of ice cream flavors, ice cream pies, and ice cream cakes. Flavors include cookie dough, dulce de leche, matcha green tea, cannolli, and more. They also have a few vegan flavors like lemon Italian ice and peanut butter and jelly.
